Launched in 2022, “A Modo Mio” created a social enterprise that offers artisanal employment opportunities for women in vulnerable conditions. The initiative aims to merge cultural heritage with ethical fashion by training women in tailoring and sustainable production methods.
Key Results:
Recruited and trained 12 women in tailoring and embroidery.
Set up a workshop in Tirana and began first line production of handmade garments.
Started brand development and participated in local fairs to test the market.The project is already providing financial stability and a renewed sense of dignity for the participants involved.
